My Moms cars engine went & she needed a new car. I had just bought a new car a year & a half ago & wasn't sure if they could help me.
From the minute I walked into the Suzuki branch in Hatfield I was taken car of. I explained that I wanted to trade my car in & get 2 new small cars. Rosetta got someone to look at my car immediately. She talked me through the car on the showroom floor. I applied for finance & they contacted me to find out if I was happy with it. When I wasn't they went back to the banks until I was happy. Justin Gerrard organised me a sweet deal!
My Moms car was delivered today. She absolutely loves it! I think all the other dealerships can take a page out of Suzuki Hatfield's team book. They are friendly, helpful, professional & honest & clearly know what service is. If you thinking of buying a new car then I would definitely recommend Suzuki Hatfield & ask for Rosetta she totally went the extra mile for me.
