This is now the second day I had to take of work to accept a parcel from RAM couriers. After phoning them in the morning they said between 12 and 15:00.
They did not delivered, when follow up they say between 8 and 5... Wasted anther day waiting...
A week ago they only delivered at 17:25... Also a day wasted.
This is very bad service.
