I phoned the 086 no to find my waybill no as explained and requested by the is consulate website AND the DHL information page given to me. I phoned in and he told me to go back and get it from the consulate, I explained that I was advised by them to phone in for the no, without skipping a beat mareke repeated his previous sentence. I told him I understood what he said but that I was told to call in. Again he just repeated the sentence and said he can't help me. I phoned back with the paper in hand that gave the detail and read it to him and only then I was asked to hold so he can get it for me. He then came back and told me to phone on Monday because they were closed. When I asked me why he could help me before he hung up on me! Needless to say, I still don't have the waybill number but I certainly do have a very bad taste for DHL. Horrible attitude and service Mareke. I hope this is not the overall DHL service standard!!!
