I have a Ford Figo. It had a small dent. I took it to Dent Magic in Claremont Cape Town. They were to have the dent taken out and respray part of the bumper. My car was meant to stay there from 8:30am to 5pm on the Friday (I had to get to work later). When I fetched my car the afternoon, the color respray was way different to the original color, I took the car back the Saturday to have this mess fixed. The color was fixed, but there was spray all over my car. I complained about the over-spray and took the car back the next Tuesday. They made it seem as though the paint was taken off, but it appears that it was just buffed out. I then told them I wasnt happy about the work, they told me they needed a solution to soften the paint so they could take it off. I waited for a week and a half, and they still didn't get stock of this solution. They called me to say they did'nt know when their supplier would get stock of it. After many trips back and forth to Dent MAgic I got very upset. I made it clear to the person concerned that I was not happy with their work. He had no problem telling me I was lucky that he made a effort to try and get the solution. Mekor Claremont came to the rescue.
