Pathetic vehicle quality

I purchased a Fiat punto emotion in august 2010, from then the car given me numerous faults, to name a few, the aircon didnt work, the windscreen wiper motor gave up during a storm, the door switch went faulty causing the alarm not to activate, there was another part called the shock saddle that had to be replaced and this is not even half of it. I even sent a mail to the head office stating the various problems the car has given and that I am unhappy with the product quality all they could say is that the faults have been repaired not caring that i am the one paying for this and will be stuck with a useless piece of metal which might just break down completely even before its payed for. To make matters worse the car is now beginning to rust, which is not normal for car that is less than 3 years old and there are still faults on the car that havent been repaired. Purchasing a Fiat is the WORST decision I have made in my life, they truly dont care about the customer. Now I am stuck with a rusting car and I feel that Fiat has sold me a car that is of really poor quality and they know it.
