I had to take my little Zook Swift in for a service yesterday. A painful exercise to get around to in the first instance turned out to be hassle free and an all round pleasant experience. I could book the service online, had a confirmation phone call the same day, took the car in yesterday, was shuttled to work and was collected again in the afternoon by a friendly "Lucky".
I felt pampered and looked after, and they take their customer service seriously.
