I requested new Break Pads as my vehicle has done 51, 000 kilos
I have been informed by the Service Department that they are on Standard
and if I want them replaced it will be at my cost. What then do you have
these Service/Maintenance Plans for so Lindsey Saker makes the money.
I had the same attitude a couple of months ago about windscreen wipers
and also had to specially go back to get them changed. Not a very satisfactory
attitude. This has definitely made up my mind never to buy another Volkswagen
and definitely never pay for a Service/Maintenance Plan as this is to make Volkswagens
prices look good
