A lot of furniture got damaged during a move by AA Van Lines. Water damage, scratches, broken furniture and a mountain bike. Luckily we have the all cover insurance. Unfortunately, all I hear are excuses. If it's not month's end, the power is down or the people involved will be contacted.
Writing an email to Neil Moore is useless because he does not reply. You have to phone and then you just hear more excuses. It's now been about a month. Any suggestions for me to get the insurance claims processed would be great.
I am so disappointed and would not recommend them to any other person. Read and make up your own mind.
