I serviced my bike they replaced everything even my battery which was working extremely well before I took it in, and after I got it back I was driving gleefully through out the day from work to home and home to work for two weeks, after the two weeks my battery started failing me now and then I thought that it was just the cold but after three weeks there was no power at all. I called them, not enraged but concerned because batteries aren't suppose to fail so quick, I called there head office, they directed me to the workshop manager Lowrance he told me that I must bring the bike in immediately so he can sort out the problem I couldn't't at the time so he said bring it in early in the morning so I don't have to inconvenience my work hours, I did so they took my battery out and put another in free of charge! He told me to let him know as soon as anything goes wrong even if I think its a minut flaw I should let him know emmediatly so he can sort it out, so I just want to say thanks for the excellent quality service from lowrance and philip
