Half-blended, unripe fruit = awful smoothie

We purchased two smoothies @ V&A waterfront on 26th April. My berry smoothie had large lumps it it and was not sweet due to unripe fruit being used. My husbands peanut blaster had a large glob of peanut butter and half a banana at the bottom. There was no queue at the store, so no excuse to hurry on our order.

So disappointing!
