I've been a loyal KFC customer for years now, I've always received average service sometimes even bad service, but since I've met Vickey I've always had great service!! She always smiles! She knows the products well and understands customers!! What really got me is how tonight she greeting an old (smelly) dirty guy with a smiling "good evening SIR!!! I thought to myself SIR?? Who wouldve referred to this dirty guy as SIR!! No one but you dear Vickey!! Thank you for your amazing positive energy!! Thank you for treating everybody with respect and dignity!! It is only a pleasure to be helped by you!! In all my years as a kfc customer I've never had such great service as I received from you!! I see great thing ahead for you!! Please continue to smile and never never stop!!! Your smile reaches a place words can't!! Well done KFC and may u keep up the good service!! A special tanx to Lizzy too which helped me tonight! I was so impressed I gave her my coke! Hope u enjoyed it girl!!
