The Fish And Chip Co
Daylight at Hatfield Shop

I visited the Hatfield shop on Friday 19 April 2013.
I was served by a short, very slender, dark skinned woman with gaps in her teeth. I think her name was Mapule.

I requested small chips (R15) and a 500ml drink (R10.50). She rang it up on the till and I paid with my cheque card, punched the pin and waited for my slip.
She said she had made a mistake by not punching in the drink.
So my store receipt only showed the chips for R15. I did not want to swipe again for R10.50 so I accepted the chips and went back to my car. I left the chips in the car and took coins to return to the shop and buy the drink.

I went back into the shop and bought the drink with coins and left Pta to return to Jhb.

It was only once I was back in Jhb that I glanced at my speed-point receipt. It shows R25.50.

So Mapule knowingly charged me the full amount and only gave me the chips I had ordered. She did this in order to cheat me out of R10.50!!!
That is such a cheap little dirty trick that it infuriates me.
I would get her off my construction site immediately if she or anyone who works for me pulled such a stunt.

I will never buy from F&C Co again!!
