To whom it may concern. i have been coming to this macdonalds for years now. i am not one to complain. i am appauled at the lack of communication skills of the staff that handle the drive thru. this has happened more than enough to me and my family that chooses to do business there because we like the convenience and the ice-cream. i ordered ice-cream in a cup with 2 flakes and it ends up beingwrong order because there is no display in the drive thru on the names of the various ice-cream. result is the attendant is not understanding me and i am explaining to the best of my ability. So far a poor experiencing. I am strongly encouraging senior management to look at this problem with the communication to its customers as i will inform our local papers of the poor service rendered. its becoming a joke.
