I placed a telephonic order for delivery - one large pizza, one regular Club sub. The order total differed from what the prices on the website indicated, so I double checked the order, asking if the lady was certain that it was correct. She assured me that it was. Even though my information is supposed to be on their system, she couldn't find it. She also had trouble spelling my three letter surname. The order took very long to arrive and when it did, we got a large pizza and a mini Club pizza. The delivery boy told us to phone the manager. After trying to get through for half an hour, we decided to drive there so that they could correct their mistake.
The first thing we found out is that the manager went home at 8 o'clock. The now unsupervised employees then proceeded to take the telephone off the hook, preventing any more telephonic orders from coming in, thus no more work for them. The person who helped us was the manager from the store next door. Once they'd agreed to give us a Club sub, we left, then went back to tell them we'd be waiting in the car, to find them laughing about being found slacking.
Shockingly poor service, I will never order pizza from them again!
