We were at Kitwe new shopping mall today to get a Debonairs pizza.
Waited for close to ONE HOUR when were were looking for manager to complain, there were five others tables looking for manager because they had waited MORE than one hour for their pizza!!!
When the woman was making pizza she did not have any kind of gloves but used her bare hands to put cheese and beef on my pizza!!!
After complaining to manager the so called pizza which was a rock had bottom burnt and top badly burnt very thin "roti" came!!!
- It did not have a single peice of cheese in between the three layers. We had ordered triple layer beef pizza.
- It had tiny BURNT bottom layer and two largest size layers on top.
- Beef was in small tiney quantity and also in patches ONLY.
- On top layer only it had tiny amount of cheese, ALL BURNT.
- Since there was no single piece of cheese in between layers were coming off separately!!!
- "PIZZA" was rock hard.
- No onion or sauce or cheese was there except on top!!!
We wish to know why you have tolerated such attitudes!!! Do you not check people whom you give the agency to???
