I booked a special evening for my sister's birthday in advance, I ordered flowers and special seating. For the flowers i said if they can find lily's it is her favourite but any flowers where good. We dressed for the occasion, on arrival we did not get the seating I requested and no flowers because as the rude manager explained, i did not respond to a e-mail they send me in regards with the flowers because the flowers where more expensive that we thought. The thing is just that they did phone me the day before to confirm the booking why did they not say anything. I could not answer the e-mail I was on the road to Cape Town. I just thought that they could have made a plan and not put the blame on me and ruine my special evening.
