I am apalled at how Debonairs at Lifestyle crossing promises to have one's order ready in ten minutes and flout that self imposed rule everytime i buy a pizza there. The lates was today when i had to wait more than double the promised time, 22 minutes. I was in a hurry and would have gone to another outlet, had it not been the promise to have the pizza ready in ten minutes. I complained that the promised ten minutes had elapsed but my complaint did not seem to register as the staff there continued, at a snail pace, to take more orders two of which were out before mine. The object of my complaint is that you, as Debonairs, are riding on a wave created by false advertising and it is not fair. I am on the verge of elevating my complaint to the advertising standards authority, if you do not make ammends and also apologise to those your false advertising has lured into you the outlet in question.
