My kids and I love McDonalds but recently I am leaning towards not supporting them anymore.
I frequent the Backenhurst McDonalds and a number of incidents is making me feel this way.
On many occasions items were missing in my order. Most times it was butter or sauce but the previous time it was a medium soda. I let it slide.
Last week I was given two Madagascar toys that I have received 3 times already. I was just told by the manager that head office said it's clean up week .. I have a small stash of OLD unopened toys from you so rather go to Nandos for kiddies meals. They don't repeat! I mean Madagascar is from the beginning/mid last year!
With the above order, I had to find out that my crispy chicken spicy hot was so crispy that I could wedge a wobbly table with it. It was absolutely HORRID! Needless to say, I had to drive all the way back to return it as it was inedible. It was an insult. That burger was probably 12 hours old or more!
