Some friends and myself went to News Cafe Centurion for breakfast. The BIGGEST mistake we ever made, we ordered the hangover breakfast, which is served on ciabatta bread, and a chicken burger. They arrived, apparently they didnt have ciabatta, so we got normal bread? Something that i could have made at home, i ate a quarter of mine, my friend was hungry and ate all. My daughter's burger was ice cold! We sent that back and decided to leave. We got the bill and asked why we were paying full price for something that we didnt get, the lack of ciabatta! We were told that because they were eaten we had to pay, no both were not eaten! What bothered me the most is no-one told us that they didnt have the ingredients, they decided on our behalf what we wanted. How about telling your clients before you deliver something they didnt want? We will never go to that branch again, thanks to the cold chicken burger my daughter is suffering from food poisoning!
