Unattentive waiters

I love doppio Zero, don't get me wrong.

I have been three times to the upstairs sitting area, and the waiters are extremely unattentive. I don't want to get up and go find a waiter if i want to order, or get my bill, or order something additional. And this is the 3rd time this has happened.

Fix it, soon or I will no longer want to go.
