Me and some of my friends went to La Romatica in Stellenbosch on the 24th of Jan 2013 to have some beers! After about 3 beers we ordered our 4th round and all the beers was flat! I told the waiter and he just said well there is nothing wrong with the beers just finish it or take it up with manager, which we did, but boy was that a mistake... The manager approached us with am attitude and also said that there is nothing wrong with beer (that's on tap) and we must just drink it with that i lifts my glass takes a big swallow bangs the glass back down on our table, all the beer spills out on us and just walked away!!!
I feel that as we are regular customer of La Romantica that this matter must be taken further because that was just not acceptable! We did not want free beer, we just wanted another beer that's flat and we were planning on staying there and drink some more beers, but after that incounter with the manager we just left.
I phoned La Romantica the following day to complain, but who answers the phone... the manager ofcourse and just said that there is no one higher than him and that's it.
I truelly hope that you can take this matter further!!!
