After I logged a complaint about how I was treated in one of your franchisers I got e-mails from Jolene (customer [don't] care) through my personal e-mail requesting more details for investigation and that someone from the franchiser would contact me but it's gone more than a week now and no one have bothered, clearly showing that they don't care about my complaint. I had first told my self I wouldn't generalize one franchiser with others but this shows me that the bad service and attitude I got from the "manageress" at The Bridge comes straight from her superiors. For sure your business won't stop because of me complaining and you know 98% of your clients don't access hello peter but my family and I, will definitely never put our foot again at any chicken Licken after this. Hope you better your standards as a better South Africa will not being made by the kind of attitude and service you provided me.
