Last night on the 7 March 2025 I made an order online and got to the shop after 30 minutes to collect my order, I had to wait another 30 minutes to receive my order. I was told that my order was taken mistakenly by someone. I had to wait again for my order to come out, I then got my order and left the shop. On my way home I realized that my order was short of the Pepsi drink I had to go back to the shop again to fetch my drink. I requested to see the manager because of the poor service I received, only to find out that the manager is the same cashier who was assisting me with my order.
