Today 12/032012 i went to canal walk KFC to order a meal.
I have eaten there once before and swore i would never eat there again but that was several months ago.
firstly i must say, the service was excellent i was impressed but the meal once again let me down, i ordered a meal to eat there, it was ice cold and once you pulled the skin off, it looked sick and tasted like nothing was horrible and dry.
it took about 30 sec to receive my meal, that should of been the first sign, it looks like they precook allot of it and just keep it all in a box and dish out as people come, no matter how many hours it takes. i had one bite of each piece of chicken and all 3 pieces where the same, i closed the box, put it in the bag and threw it in there bin, that must be the worst KFC in Cape Town, they more into quantity than quality, horrible :-( PLEASE send someone from your KFC head office to go order KFC there as a normal client and see how bad the quality of there chicken is.
