On Friday 31/01/2014 My family and I went to celebrate an occasion and we decided on Rodizio.
Our waiter was fantastic, he was friendly, helpful and on a ball, No complaint until I checked my bill receipt yesterday. The pricing seemed so incorrect and after many calculations I finally decided to call and inquire how my bill was so extravagant.
Apparently my waiter who had told us after I had made TRIPLE sure I understood him correctly, That we could have the Seafood platter and the Meat Rodizio for a price of R325. I was like wow, great deal I love it, and I made sure to ask him if this was the only price Im paying for the food, R325 in total and he reassured me that yes its that price for the platter and the meat rodizio.
I was so shocked that I had paid for a seafood platter R325 and a meat rodizio R145.. I didnt know this until yesterday, cause on Friday we just paid and left until I had to check my budget.
I feel knocked off cause he was a great waiter but to to provide us with incorrect information is totally wrong. I will think twice before going to Rodizio again in the fear of being robbed and realizing it only when you doing a budget.
