This morning we had yet another bad experience at kfc queenswood. I don't mind giving a donation when asked and if i feel it is necessary but i do not appreciate kfc charging me R2 for the add hope campaign without asking me. I feel that this is. Besides this mornings incident, we have had two previous bad experiences where either the coffee cups were half filled or some items were missing from our order. I'd recommend not supporting kfc queenswood.
