Late last year, i went to Northmead KFC to get my aged mother a Streetwise One, was charged, but only received chicken, no roll, no mash and gravy. Was my own fault, reminded myself to check orders in future. The next week, I returned to Northmead, Drive through, received my order, but didn't receive correct change, 'I don't have coins in my float', was the response, i told the lady i would wait for the change, Manageress, dripping oil from hands and mouth, opened till, for the Kiosk lady, to give me correct change immediately? That to me is, how many people does she from?
Just before Christmas, decided to get takeaways, this time went to Farrarmere Drive-through. After ordering and waiting 23minutes for service, was fairly busy, returned home to find one burger with no bottom roll, and one without a chicken breast?
Wow.. Tired of KFC, so decided then and there to email KFC. To date, i have received a referance number, 24/12, no thing else, no contact. Again on 22/1 i tried to contact them, still nothing..
