Wrong order and still charged me for it

I ordered 2 pizones 1 regina and 1 chicken, the order arrived and it was pizzas instead of pizones. I called to let them know they gave me the wrong order and Caiphus just said but he heard pizzas. Didn't offer to give me the right order or to give me the R150 I spent on the wrong order. That is!!
