I recently purchased dinner at KFC Brackenhurst. The order took unusually long to complete, so I eventually took a seat, to wait. I was then approached by the branch manager to apologise for the delay, which I appreciated. When the order was eventually ready, I was provided with a free Crusher as an additional apology for the delay - not much to some but I really appreciated the gesture. Thank you to all concerned for ensuring that I was kept informed and treated respectfully. You guys are doing it right!
