Incompetent service

2 weeks ago on Saturday I went with my family to buy food at KFC Silverton. 2 separate meals... 1st meal by card and the other was cash. The first meal bought on card was not complete (we bought family feast 8 pieces... we were given 6 pieces for extras I requested 4 burgers n 2 mash n gravies... we were not given the mash n gravies). The hawaiin burger was also not given to us. I got so furious as it wasn't the first time such has happened. My husband advised me not to call them as I was so mad n furious n will end up saying bad things I would regret later. Sunday was so busy preparing for Monday court. Then Monday after court I immediately called to complain. Spoke to Salome whom we agreed will come da next day. My helper misplaced the receipt but didn't think it will be a problem since they could reprint it. When I got to KFC..Salome didn't mince her words and accused me of lying and refused to do a reprint for me. I gave her a time estimate to make things easy but that couldn't help either... she just refused. I reported the matter to head office but that didn't help either. I am so disgusted.
