Worst Service EVER

We had been wanting to check this restaurant out for some time and were looking forward to our meal when we finally got round to it to kick off the New Year.
Wrong orders delivered twice. Staff walk off after dumping it on table without checking.
Waited nearly 45 minutes for mains.
Waited nearly as long for the bill, dirty/uncleared tables everywhere around us.
When I enquired, our waitress was very rude and the place was utter chaos. She clearly didn't expect a tip, just grabbed my card out my hand and punched in the total, flung the receipt in our direction.
There were several waitrons hovering round the doorway at all times so it could not be lack of resources - just the worst service I have EVER experienced. We will not go back, and will be spreading the word as far as we possibly can.
