Zinger wings tasted burnt or like it was fried in

On Sunday, 5th January 2014, I really felt like Zinger Wings. We normally buy our KFC at a other branch, but I insisted on going to the Capricorn branch. We purchased 2x full portions... Using our very last money, but we felt like spoiling ourselves. We dished it out to our kids, and ourselves (2 adults). My partner told mehis tastes like it was fried in old oil, whereas I felt it tasted like burn. The colour was normal, but the taste was a huge disappointment. We had handed in our slip when our customer number was called out, so we couldn't go back with proof. We are really hoping that something can be done for us. From... Disappointed
