The owner of Pannarotti Claremont Ronel dislikes non whites and she has the most arrogant and attitude. A few years ago i complained about her attitude because i complained about service in the store. I was being served after white customers and voiced my unhappiness. She told me to get out of the store like a dog. Today i tried to greet her and was met with this icy stare. I thought i had imagined this the first time the second time i again looked at her to great her and it was the same glare. I just spent R370 this afternoon and R300 yesterday at Pannarottis Claremont. Ronel seems to have no problem smiling at whilte Customers and she has never chased any out. This woman's'attitude is still stuck is the height of the apartheid days. She accepts non white money but has no ways of treating us with dignity and respect. She should have been looking to great customers instead of the reverse. Is this what we have to put up within the Spur Group?
