This morning at about 08:40 my husband visited KFC Uitenhage situated in Caledon Street.
He saw that they were offering a breakfast and thought of surprising me at work.
He went through the drive through, placed his order and paid . When he got to the window to receive the order (muesli), he was told that they do not have fruit available for this. This after he paid, for it already. The "waitress" should have told him this when placing the order, but instead allowed the order through and accepted payment only to be told upon collection they do not have the goodies offered.
He then further demanded to speak to the manager. This too proofed to be a pointless exercise. She now offered him a muffin and coffee instead of the muesli ordered. He then requested this together with the fruitless muesli. He was given a choice of what muffins they have available, just to be disappointed again - out of stock! He eventually requested a refund and left without anything. No one knew what stock was available.
This is really unacceptable. This is not only happening with the breakfast, but most of the time, they cannot even offer the people of Uitenhage ice cream. Extremely disappointed!
