Yesterday 16th Dec we went for a quick meal at primi Piatti. the resturant was a buzz and the host asked us to sit by the Bar area while we waited for a table to which they managed to get after been reminded. About Five minutes later we realised that we had left an I-phone at the bar counter, immediately we notified the manager called Maureen and also enquired with the bar guys to no vail. The manager promised to check the video footage later as the resturant was busy to which we understood. She asked for me to call back at 17:00Hrs to which I did and again it was an excuse. 17th Dec I followed up again and still getting the same answer "call later." She wasn't even willingly to take my last call & I could hear her telling her colleague "tell him to call later if its for the phone". Iam very dissappointed with primi Piatti Eastgate these no point in having camera's in the pretence that the property is secure when you can't even view the footage. Service excellence should not only be about how you wait on tables and food but the customer experience. One thing I now know for certain is that the place is unsafe & they dont take responsibility for anything.
