Absolutely bad attitude

I came in by the area where customers wait to be seated three waitresses left without offering seats etc whilst there were visible vacant tables. The one waitress who was left behind (Mpume) just looked at me I had to ask if I may be seated to which she led me to a table with forced service provided thereafter. Also seems to low morale amongst the staff except for one waitress called Precious that noted customers with a smile
