I took my daughter for a burger at the Baysvillage branch in Bloemfontein. In fact I'm still sitting here, waiting for our food. I always ask how long I can expect to wait for my food. The lady told me 3 - 5 minutes and I thought that would be great. It's been 25 minutes already! Terrible! If you tell me it will take 25 minutes I'll understand but don't mislead me!
The beauty is that the shop is full and the manager is outside having a smoke.
