I'm very disappointed in the mugg and bean in Secunda, not about the services but the way the manager treated his staff members, if that is the way all the mugg and beans over the country work with their staff then i don't think I will ever want to support a company like that and I will tell my friends and family as well. The staff were told that they're not allowed to use the bathroom during the day, they must go either before work, their lunch time or after work, and they not allowed to even drink water during the day, this is against their human rights and the employee act. Staff is not allowed to attend a funeral of family members. It seems like the staff is now full time employed and not part time, when they do ask for off time the manager fights with them, aren't they suppose to have enough casual workers to fill the place of the one not there? Sunday is the funeral for Madiba and the staff are not allowed to attend or listen to the services, they will all work on Sunday, and the press said that all the companies across country will be closed on Sunday so that the people can attend or watch the services on TV.
