On the 6th of October 2013, we took our son to the spur at West Coast Village for a birthday breakfast.
While we were inside eating our meal - he ran outside to go play in there stunning play area. as boys do - he played a little ruff and injured himself on the trampoline.
man were the staff on the ball and so helpful :) by the time I had found out what had happened, the manager (I did not get his name :() Was already there with the first aid box and ice calming my poor little boy down telling him what a big and strong boy he is.
I thought he just pulled a muscle - meanwhile the poor child had broken his leg. we constantly got a call from the nameless manager asking how my son was doing. we informed him that we were at the hospital as my sons leg was indeed broken - before I can open my mouth again, Gerhardt took over the phone and took over the conversation.
He kindly invited my son and I for a cold drink and a chat. I must say... what an amazingly kind man. so much care and empathy. I just want to thank him and his team for being so kind and caring - you guys are absolutely amazing and have restored my faith in mankind. Thank you thank you thank you!!! The Farham's
