I frequently visit Wiesenhof in Heidelberg, Gauteng and feel I need to compliment one particular waitress. Whitney always greets me with a gorgeous smile and if I can not make up my mind on what to order, she suggests something that gets my stamp of approval. She has this uncanny ability to read a person and know exactly what you will like and what not.
Whitney is always professional and even after hurting her ankle recently, she still remained friendly and catered to my needs as a customer. I think the management of Wiesenhof group can use this young lady as an example during training of waitresses. She brightens up even the most tiresome day with a friendly "How are you today" and "how may I serve you". Whitney gets a gold star in my book and that says something, coming from a person who believes customer service became extinct many years ago. Keep up the EXCELLENT work, Whitney!
