I recently was trying to source some Wimpy Kids gifts that I needed for my daughter, I sent an enquiry to Wimpy, and Carli O'Connor, the brand manager, contacted me almost immediately and I had the books in my hand a couple of days later. The service was so amazingly good, that I feel its neccesary to sign up to Hellopeter to just thank Wimpy and Carli personally on a public forum for their great customer service! I appreciate it all the more as I am currently in the customer service industry and understand the challenges to make customers happy!
