On the 17th of November 2013, I purchased a zinger tower meal upsize and was disappointed by the quality of the food. I complained a few days later through the KFC website and have yet to hear any feedback from KFC. The chicken had a horrible after taste and was hardly edible. The fries were dried out and not tasty at all. I cannot believe that in 10 days since making a complaint that KFC has yet to respond. This is unacceptable.
