I was waiting at the drive thru, it was busy but there was no common courtesy to inform us why the service is so slow for a good 7 to 10 min we went unattended. When we do get attended by a man 1.he didn't greet 2.he rudely took my order 3.he rudely dismissed me when he wasn't sure of what I wanted (number 5 meal) 4.he refused to give me his name until I got my slip. I am angered by this as my family & I are heavy Mac D fans and I ask myself should I now drive all the way to Sandton just to buy Mac D & receive great customer service at the same time. The staff employed in the townships under estimate and take their jobs for granted the way they treat us fellow african customers. I would like Mdhlalose from the Macdonald Vosloorus to write me an apology letter and write one to Mac D for putting their company in disrupute and attend a further customer care and service training.
