We had family lunch at Cappuccino's in Highveld mall, the food was lousy. After informing the manager she apologised and removed the plates, she said the chef agreed the food was stale and the salad was rotten. We were still charged full price and our meals weren't replaced. Totally unacceptable and not what we expect from Cappuccino's.
