I went through your drive through yesterday afternoon, and bought 2 portions of your hotwings amongst other things.
I was horrified to find that on the first wing that I picked up was feathers sticking out the batter! I examined more and found the same. I could possibly forgive the odd feather, but of the 16 purchased, about 12 of them had feathers so large they were sticking out the batter. I cannot believe that none of the staff handling this food picked up on this?
Needless to say I am completely off not just this store but your brand in general.
It is also not the first time I experienced an issue at this branch, the last time half my order was not given to me and i had to drive back to the store. Even though I had confirmed several times with the guy at the window if everything was in the bag.
