I ordered pizza for delivery with clear delivery instructions & not only did the person taking my order get the address wrong, he couldnt even explain himself over the phone when I called 3 times to enquire about my order. My Pizza was delivered 97 minutes after the order was placed & It was ice cold. I believe that this is completely unacceptable service because I paid for this & expect far better service.
