This is now the 3rd time at the same branch, where we buy food, the chicken is raw or completely burned, the coleslaw is off or sour (on all three occasions?), and the gravy is watery??? Every single time I buy for a family of eight we spend well over R300 at a time... and almost all the food is not right?? I did lodge a complaint with customer service but sad to say I didn't get any response??!!
