Good day, Arrived at McDonalds at around 23:40... We were served by Phindile @drive through... Iv never witnessed such poor customer service In my life, wat had happened is we wanted to change 4m a BigMc to a McFeast, Phindile accused us of being drunk and actually never changed our order. No apology wat so ever... I demand an apology from Manager and Phindile herself, such barbaric behaviour is unexceptable... Instead of thanking us for coming through she closed the sale with a ""... Thanx s reading and hoping to hear from you soon
