They don't have Game labels

I bought 2 meals at Mcdonalds in Pretoria CBD and when I asked for the game labes as advertised and stated on my slip, they told me that they don't have the game labels and there is nothing they can do about it. Well I should have been informed before I bought the meals I could have gone to another outlet
