Hi I yesterday the 13 October went to spur in Worcester mall from the min I walked in I had the worst experience from any restaurant Ive ever been too. Firstly I inquired about WI-fi and they assured me its working I then scanned network and found nothing I then showed the manager this and later came back saying its been offline for 4 days now. Secondly he tells me telkom line are being worked on in the mall but how could I pick up signal from all other shops in mall except theirs???!! I don't appreciate being too!!! How could a manager not know the WI-fi has not been working for four days? and the WI-fi is the reason I go to spur!! My girlfriend and I then ordered our main course on receiving her food we found the plate to be so dirty with old tomato sauce stains and black grease on bottom plate!! Even the manager I then called agreed that he wouldn't eat out of that plate. After all this I wanted to eat and found my order to be wrong and decided to leave. We come to expect certain standards and this is the main reason most of us walk into a Spur. Totally put off!!!
